摘要
考察了以酸性电解水为反应介质,不同预处理条件下玉米秸秆半纤维素的降解情况。结果发现酸性电解水高温(160℃~200℃)处理条件下,半纤维素的降解效果明显,酸性电解水的pH值越低,半纤维素的去除率越高;优化处理条件后,确定最佳处理条件为:预处理温度180℃、时间10min、液固比为30∶1、酸性电解水pH值为2.0,在此条件下半纤维素的去除率为92.4%,此时木糖和低聚木糖的总得率为86.7%。
Acidic electrolyzed water(AEW) pretreatment method was proposed and tested for deconstruction of recalcitrant corn stover.Results indicated low pH AEW significantly increased the hemicellulose degradation at the temperature between 160℃ and 200℃.And the lower of pH value of AEW,the better result was got.Optimization of pretreatment condition was carried out through the study of the four main factors:pH value,liquidto-solid ratio,temperature and reaction time.The optimum condition was at 180℃ for 10min in the liquid-to-solid ratio 30∶1 with pH 2.0 AEW.Under these conditions,about 92.4% of hemicellulose was removed and there covery of monomeric and oligomeric xylose in liquid fraction reached 86.7%.
