基于运行参数的煤制油公交车道路排放特性 被引量:2

Real Road Emission Characteristics of CTL Bus Based on Operating Parameters

摘要 利用OBS-2200气态排放物测量仪和EEPS 3090颗粒数量及粒径分析仪对典型国-IV排放柴油公交车分别燃用纯柴油(D100)、纯煤制油(C100)、不同配比柴油/煤制油混合燃料C10、C20、C50 5种不同燃料时的实际道路PM和NOx排放特性随车速、加速度的变化情况进行了研究。研究表明:试验公交车的平均车速为19.9km/h,怠速工况运行时间占22%,非怠速工况中加减速工况运行时间占76%;该车的瞬态NOx、PM质量排放与车速有很好的跟随性;试验公交车在燃用5种不同燃料时的NOx和PM质量排放均随着车速、加速度的增大呈逐渐增加趋势;在纯柴油中掺入煤制油能有效降低NOx质量排放,掺混比例越高,降低效果越显著;在纯柴油中掺入煤制油能同时降低核态颗粒和聚集态颗粒的排放,同时使聚集态颗粒排放峰值粒径减小,从而大幅降低了PM的排放,煤制油掺混比例越高,降低效果越显著。 The real road emissions characteristics of particulate matters(PM)and NOxbased on speed and acceleration of a typical China IV diesel bus fueled with five different fuels,including pure diesel fuel, pure coal to liquids(CTL),blends of China IV diesel and CTL with different CTL percents:10%,20%,50% were researched by using OBS-2200and Engine Exhaust Particle Sizer(EEPS 3090).The research reveals that the diesel bus average speed is 19.9km/h,idle period accounts for 22%in the entire operating time,in else conditions accelerating and decelerating periods accounts for 76%;PM and NOxtransient emissions vary following bus speed,fueled with five different fuels they all show a gradual increase with increase of speed and acceleration;adding CTL in diesel fuel can effectively reduce NOxemissions,the higher the CTL addition ratio,the more effective the reduction,and it can also reduce PM emissions for both nuclei and accumulated modes,meantime reduce the peak size of PM emissions for accumulated modes so that reduce the PM emissions greatly,the higher the CTL ratio,the more effective the reduction.
