摘要
基于多体动力学理论,研究建立了一套适应于大型轮式收获机械特点的转向轮定位参数完整解算模型。分别从转向梯形优化设计和整机稳态响应特性两个层面,对所建立的完整解算模型与传统的简化模型进行了对比分析。由分析结果可知,传统的转向梯形优化设计模型在车轮偏转角较小时与完整解算模型的分析结果相近,但在车轮偏转角较大时,2个模型的分析结果差距较大。另外,通过理论分析和实验验证表明,传统的简化单轨模型在描述大型轮式收获机械稳态响应特性时具有一定的局限性,所建立的转向轮定位参数完整解算模型可以更精确地描述其稳态响应特性。
A specific mathematical model to obtain the parameters of steering wheel alignment for large wheeled harvesters was proposed in light of multi-body dynamics technique.A comparison between the proposed model and the traditional ones was made in terms of the optimization design of steering geometry and the performance of steady-state cornering response.Results showed that both models could reach a similar computing value in the small range of steering angles.However,for large steering angles,the proposed one was more appropriate to express the steering characteristics.Through theoretical analysis and experiment validation,it was limited to adapt traditional simplified bicycle model to depict handling stability of large wheeled harvesters.Therefore,the proposed model demonstrated its unique accuracy in the calculation of parameters of steering wheel alignment for large wheeled harvesters.
