摘要
目的 探讨带锁髓内钉与外支架固定治疗Ⅱ度胫腓骨干开放骨折的疗效。方法 采用回顾性对比分析 ,比较GustiloⅡ型胫腓骨干开放骨折中使用带锁髓内钉组与外支架固定组的伤口骨折愈合与关节功能恢复情况。结果 2组均获得良好的踝、膝关节功能 ,但带锁髓内钉组在伤口感染率与骨折愈合完全负重时间均小于外支架组。
Objective To compare the clinical results of 2 fracture fixation's methods for Gustilo type Ⅱ open tibial and fibular fractures with interlocking intramedullary mailing and external fixation. Methods 40 cases were retrospective reviewed. The postoperation infection and mean time to full weight bearing and the knee and ankle joint functions in two groups were compared. Results All cases showed good knee and ankle joint function. But the postoperation infection case and mean time to full weight bearing was little in interlocking intramedullary nailing group versus external fixation group. Conclusion This study supported the use of the interlocking intramedullary in the Gustilo type II open tibial and fibular fractures.
