摘要
针对全回转吊舱推进器的水动力性能进行了初步的试验研究,着重考察了导管倾角、回转角(舵角)、进速系数等对全回转吊舱推进器推力系数、扭矩系数、吊舱推进单元效率以及侧向力的影响,分析指出了各因素对吊舱推进器水动力性能影响程度。文章提供的试验数据及结论可以为工程实际设计和使用全回转吊舱推进器提供一定参考,为CFD方法预报吊舱推进器水动力性能提供依据。
This paper presents the preliminary research of comprehensive hydrodynamic performance open-water tests of the azimuth podded thruster. The paper focuses on investigating the influence of the tilt angle of nozzle, the azimuthing angle, the advance speed to the performance of the thrust coefficient, the torque coefficient, the podded unit efficiency and the unit lateral force. It further analyzes what extend these parameters will affect the hydrodynamic performance of the thruster unit. The test data and the results can be used as a reference of engineering design and application of the azimuthing podded thruster and the basis to predict overall performance of the podded thruster by CFD methods.
