摘要
建立了基于云模型的故障停电风险综合评价模型,通过该模型可实现对配电网运行设备风险严重度的定量评估。以某试验区配网为例,进行故障停电风险评价,证明了该评价模型的合理性和有效性。
A model for comprehensive evaluation for fault cut risk based on cloud model is built in this paper; it can achieves quantitative evaluation for the operation risk of distribution network. Finally,by taking an example of fault cut risk evaluation in a test area,the evaluation model is proven to be reasonable and valid.
