趋化因子与头颈部鳞状细胞癌 被引量：1

摘要 头颈部鳞状细胞癌易发生颈部淋巴结转移,且发生机制不明.研究发现趋化因子通过与其受体相互作用,可促进多种恶性肿瘤细胞的器官特异性转移,本文就CxCL12-CxCR4、CcL19/CCL21-CCR7生物学轴在头颈部鳞癌转移中的作用做一综述.
