摘要
当前正在紧张进行的阿富汗重建工作,对中国的战略安全有着重要的意义和影响:一是由于中国的成长,阿富汗问题变成一个中国必须要面对的大国责任问题;二是阿富汗问题将成为影响中国西部地缘战略安全的核心要素之一,进而可能演化为制约中国成长的因素。鉴于以上因素,要对中国已在参与的阿富汗重建活动进行客观的评估,同时要有进一步参与阿富汗重建的战略与计划,包括对有关形势进行认真研判;对自身参与能力进行全面客观评估;处理好几组关系;总结过去的参与方式和手段,寻找更加有效的途径等。
the current process of rebuilding of Afghanistan is significance for the strategic security of China in the following aspects: firstly,Afghanistan issue is a question of China's responsibility as China is growing to be a Great power; secondly,Afghanistan issue is a key problem for the strategic security of western part of China. So,we need to review the China's involvement and make out the new strategy and plan for China's future Afghanistan policy,including study the current situation,review current policy,and search for more effective ways.
