摘要
经过多年的努力,印度已经从软件外包的小角色,成长为了全球最成功的离岸服务承接国,其服务外包产业发展也形成了较为明显的趋势和特点。对印度服务外包发展趋势及前景进行深入分析和探讨是必要的,因为了解其产业发展的方向和战略,不仅有利于我们更好地学习其成熟的国际承接经验,也利于中国服务外包产业更好地、有针对性地对其展开合作与竞争。鉴于此,本文在分析印度服务外包产业发展中长期存在的推动因素和不利因素的基础上,通过参考印度服务外包行业组织关于其行业未来发展的低、中、高三种预测增长率,对印度服务外包产业未来三十年的产值变化趋势进行了预测,并对其全球离岸份额、产业链、业务领域、国内外市场、交付模式转型等产业战略性调整及发展前景进行分析。
After years of efforts,India has become the most successful country of offshore outsourcing from a small role of software outsourcing; its development of service outsourcing industry has been formed its unique trends and characteristics. It is necessary to analyze and discuss the development trends and strategies for India's service outsourcing because it is not only helpful for learning India's mature international experience of undertaking,but also good for China's competing with India in service outsourcing area. Based on the analysis of favorable factors and infavorable factors of long-term development in India's service outsourcing industry,this paper forecast respectively that three kinds of output value of the next 30 years of India's service outsourcing industry by using of three different expected growth rates which ordered as low,medium and high and provided by India service outsourcing industry group,and analyze its strategic adjustment and development prospects such as the share of the global offshore,industrial chain,business areas,markets of domestic and foreign,transformation of delivering mode etc.
