摘要
目前我国高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设,面临着校企协同的理念与实践脱节,兼职教师队伍的使用与管理缺乏有效协调,教师队伍的考核与激励机制尚不完善等问题。需要在协同创新理念的指导下,通过人才协同、项目协同、体制机制协同等方面的努力来完善"双师型"教师队伍建设的新路径。
There're some problems for the construction of double-professional teachers in the higher vocational colleges.It was confronted with the disjunction between the idea and the practice of school-enterprise coordination,lack of effective coordination in employing and managing the part-time teachers,and the imperfection of assessment and incentive mechanism for teachers.It's necessary to improve the construction path of double-professional teachers with the idea direction of coordination innovation,from such fhree aspects as talent collaboration,project collaboration,and system coordination.
