摘要
以课程实施大纲为基础的严格而细致的教学基本规范和管理制度,是美国高校保障教学质量的关键所在。美国高校的课程实施大纲体现了学习中心和教学契约的教学理念,是师生的教学合同、学生的学习工具、师生沟通的桥梁、教学评估的工具;各高校一般对课程实施大纲的基本格式和组成部分及其包含的要素有统一的要求。我国高校要进一步推进教学改革,需要借鉴美国高校这一制度,加快推进教学规范化建设。
It was a critical factor of college teaching quality assurance in the USA that the strict and considerate teaching fundamental specification and teaching management system based on the course syllabus.The course syllabus of the American colleges reflected the teaching ideas of learning-center and teaching contract;it's the teaching agreement between teachers and students,the learning tools of students,the communication bridge between teachers and students,the tool of teaching evaluation.Each college made uniform requirements on the basic format and components of the course syllabus.To advance the college teaching reform in China,it needs to speed up the construction of teaching standardization based on the reference of the American course syllabus.
