摘要
要理解什么是分配正义,最有效的途径是诉诸分配正义原则。分配正义原则是人类出于维护分配正义的目的而对其分配社会资源的行为作出的一种准则性规定。能够选择和确立分配正义原则的主体只能是历史唯物论意义上的人。由这种人选择和确立的分配正义原则必须具有普遍有效性,并且必须经得起社会实践的检验。
The principles of distribution justice are the key to the understanding of distribution justice.The principles of distribution justice are regulatory rules made to maintain the justice distribution.Man in a historic materialism sense is the subject of choice and establishment of the principles of distribution justice.Furthermore,the principles of distribution justice chosen and established by man should be of universal validity,and ought to be tested by the social practice.
