摘要
本文在互联网金融大背景下,全面梳理了当前我国金融信息保护的法律监管现状,仔细分析了在金融信息保护领域存在的保护范围、义务主体、责任追究和破产解散情形下的移交保存等法律监管困难与问题,并从法律法规视角提出了加强和改进金融信息保护的具体对策建议。
The paper reviews the current legal supervision on financial information protection in China under the background of the internet finance, carefully analyses the difficulties and problems in legal supervision on financial information protection such as the scope of protection, the subject of obligation, the legal responsibility, the transfer and preservation after the dissolution or the bankruptcy. Finally, the paper puts forward some specific suggestions on strengthening and improving financial information protection from the legal perspective.
