玻璃纤维增强复合材料输电桁架塔结构静力性能试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 为探究玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)输电桁架塔的结构整体受力性能,对1个采用GFRP的220 k V输电桁架塔足尺模型开展试验。该输电桁架塔高8.75 m,由高1.25 m的钢质地线支架和高7.5 m的GFRP塔身以及GFRP横担组成。通过钢丝绳和反力墙对桁架塔进行加载,模拟该结构在3种不同设计荷载工况作用下的受力情况。试验结果表明:GFRP桁架塔在各荷载工况作用下产生了较大的弹性变形,而结构中各杆件的应力值均较小,在最不利荷载工况作用下的最大应力远低于材料的强度设计值。这表明,GFRP输电桁架塔的整体受力性能良好,可以满足输电工程的设计使用要求。 In order to study the mechanical performance of truss transmission tower of glass fiber reinforced polymer ( GFRP) , a full-scale model of a truss transmission tower with a height of 8.75 m which composed of 1.25 m high steel earth support and 7.5 m tower shaft etc, was tested under three different load conditions.Base on the experimental results, it was revealed that the elastic deformation of the GFRP tower was evident due to the relatively low Young’ s modulus, yet the maximum stress of the structure under the most unfavorable load was much lower than the design strength of the material.Which showed that the GFRP tower had relatively good overall mechanical performance, it could satisfy the requirement of the design and use of electric power projects.
