摘要
用17Cr2Ni2Mo钢制作滚筒式采煤机的行走轮,通常采用渗碳淬火工艺。本文对该钢渗碳后的淬火温度进行了选择试验,对其心部组织、力学性能以及显微硬度分布情况进行对比分析,得出最佳淬火温度为840℃。
17Cr2Ni2Mo steel haulage gear of shearer was carburized and quenched at different temperatures then tempered at 180 ℃,and the microstructure,mechanical properties and microhardness profile were tested and analyzed.The results show that when quenched at 840 ℃ and tempered,it can obtain preferable microstructure,mechanical properties and hardness distribution.
