退火温度对Zr-4合金异径管材力学性能影响研究

摘要 研究退火温度对Zr-4合金异径管材不同变形量(50%和一次退火后再变形量为18%)的室温和高温力学性能的影响,并采用光学显微镜观察了变形量为50%和一次退火后再变形量为18%,退火制度为523℃/3.5h的金相组织。结果表明:变形量为50%的Zr-4合金异径管材的室温力学性能取决于一次退火温度;而一次退火后再变形量为18%的管段,其室温力学性能取决于二次退火温度。变形量为50%和一次退火后再变形量为18%的Zr-4合金异径管材的一次退火制度为540℃/3.5h时,其高温延伸率最大。经两次523℃/3.5h的退火处理,变形量为50%的管段,其金相组织为典型等轴状的完全再结晶形貌;经一次523℃/3.5h的退火处理后,再变形量为18%的管段,其金相组织形貌相对模糊和混乱,且晶粒中依然存在较强的方向性,典型形貌为消应力态。 The effect was investigated of annealing temperature on room temperature and high temperature mechanical properties of Zr-4alloy different diameter pipe with different deformation(50% and 18% retransformation after the first annealing).Metallurgical microstructure was observed by optical microscope of the alloy with 50% deformation and 18%retransformation after the first annealing at 523 ℃for 3.5h.The results show that room temperature mechanical properties of Zr-4alloy different diameter pipe with50% deformation depend on its first annealing temperature,and that of the pipe with 18%retransformation after its first annealing depend on its second annealing temperature.When Zr-4alloy different diameter pipe with 50% and 18%retransformation after its first annealing is annealed at 540℃for 3.5h,it has the maximum high temperature elongation.After twice 523℃/3.5hannealing,the pipe with 50% deformation has typical equiaxed microstructure with completely recrystallized morphology.After once 523℃/3.5hannealing,the pipe with 18% retransformation has the microstructure of vague and disordered morphology,and its grains still have strong directionality with the typical morphology in stress-relief state.
