摘要
针对制管用低合金高强度钢Q345B在卷管过程中出现的"平台"缺陷的问题,检验分析了缺陷管材的显微硬度、力学性能和金相组织,发现异常含量的贝氏体组织。通过采取提高出炉温度、降低终轧温度、降低轧制速度等措施,减弱了板材层流冷却速度,减少了硬相组织的产生,使板材获得了理想的组织性能和冷成形性能。
For the reeling pipe plance defect of Q345 Bhigh strength low alloy steel,the microhardness,mechanical properties,and microstructure of defect pipe were tested and analyzed.The reason of reeling pipe plane was found that was the bainitic with unusual content.Adopting the measures of increasing the furnace discharge temperature,reducing the finishing rolling temperature and reducing the rolling speed,the cooling speed was reduced and the hard phases microstructure was less.The product of perfect cool forming performances and microstructure thus could be obtained.
