摘要
通过6块体外预应力玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)筋加固混凝土单向板的受弯试验,分析GFRP筋张拉应力和配筋率对混凝土单向板抗裂性能和挠度的影响。结果表明,随GFRP筋张拉应力和配筋率的增大,体外预应力GFRP筋混凝土单向板抗裂荷载提高25%~125%,跨中开裂挠度增加35%~159%,跨中屈服挠度增加21%~36%,跨中极限挠度降低13%~34%。结合本文体外预应力GFRP筋加固混凝土单向板和已有文献的体外预应力FRP筋混凝土梁试验结果,提出适合体外预应力FRP筋加固混凝土单向板和梁抗裂及刚度的计算方法。
Through the flexural tests of six reinforced concrete( RC) one-way slabs externally prestressed with GFRP tendons,the effect of glass fiber reinforced polymer( GFRP) tendons' prestress and reinforcement ratio on anti-cracking ability and deflection of RC one-way slabs was analyzed. According to the test results,the cracking loads,the cracking deflections and the yielding deflections increased by a factor of 25% to 125%,35% to 159% and 21% to 36%respectively and the ultimate deflections decreased 13% to 34% with the increase of prestress and reinforcement ratio of GFRP tendons. Combining the test results in this paper with the results available in the literature,the calculation method of anti-cracking ability and stiffness available for both RC one-way slabs and beams externally prestressed with unbonded FRP tendons is proposed.
