地塞米松促进伪狂犬病毒SA738株诱导牛肾细胞凋亡 被引量:1

摘要 为研究地塞米松能否促进PRVSA738株诱导牛肾细胞的凋亡,本试验以牛肾细胞为模型,PRVSA738做为诱导剂,并添加地塞米松,病毒增殖后,采用荧光染色、DNA梯谱的方法,观察细胞发生凋亡时的形态学和生化特征,以此确定地塞米松能否促进伪狂犬病毒SA738株诱导牛肾细胞的凋亡。结果显示,PRVSA738能诱导牛肾细胞发生凋亡,同时100μmol/L的地塞米松能促进PRVSA738株诱导牛肾细胞的凋亡。为研究PRV潜伏感染的机理提供参考。 In order to study whether dexamethasone can promote apoptosis of bovine kidney cells after PRV SA738 strains of infection,bovine kidney cells were used as a model,PRV SA738 as inducers and treacted with dexamethasone in this experiment.The morphological and biochemical characteristics of apoptosis cell were observed by fluorescent staining,DNA ladder spectrum method after the virus multiplication.In order to determine whether dexamethasone promotes apoptosis of bovine kidney cells induceed by pseudorabies virus SA738 strains.The results showed that PRV SA738 can induce apoptosis of,bovine kidney cells while 100μM dexamethasone can promote PRV SA738 strains inducing apoptosis of bovine kidney cells.The study results will provide a reference of researching latent infection PRV.
