摘要
科学分析评价城市土地集约利用时空分异格局特征,对促进土地集约利用科学决策具有实践意义。运用全局主成分分析法对2002~2011年间河北省城市土地集约利用水平进行综合评价,结合GIS空间分析法和重心模型分析其时空分异特征。结果表明:从时序特征上看,河北省城市土地集约利用整体水平呈波动上升,由46.65提升至75.44,区域间差异日趋缩小;从空间特征上看,呈现"中东部高,西北低"的空间分异格局;各城市土地利用集约度变化程度呈现显著差异;随着沿海战略的实施,集约度重心向沿海地区转移,用地集约性提高。研究结果对推进城镇化转型发展具有重要意义。
Analyzing and evaluating spatial pattern and the spatial disparity of urban land intensive utilization scientifically is of great practical significance for improving land intensive utilization scientific decision-making. This paper comprehensively evaluates urban land intensive utilization degrees by applying the method of Global Principal Components Analysis(GPCA) and analyses its spatial-temporal disparity with the method of GIS spatial analysis during the years of 2002-2011 in Hebei province. The research results show that, from the aspect of time, urban land intensive utilization degrees in Hebei undulatingly rises from 46.65 to 75.44, and the differences decline gradually among varied regions. From the aspect of space, it appears the spatial differentiation pattern of 'east-central being high and north-west being low'. The degree of urban land use intensity changes significantly. With the implementation of the coastal development strategy, the focus of land use intensity transfers to coastal areas and the economic density of construction land is improved. The research results are pivotal to the promotion of the scientific decision-making in the restructuring and development of urbanization.
