摘要
产品生命周期各阶段影响产品质量的因素具有复杂性和多样性,这使得对产品质量评价具有模糊性、不确定性,很难进行精确化、定量化;同时,"限额与交易"机制的提出以及最新环保法的出台,企业在生产过程中将更加注重产品质量的绿色化、生态化与环保化。因此,为适应国家绿色GDP、低碳经济以及可持续发展的多重要求,文章将生态指标引入钢铁企业产品生态质量评价研究中,根据钢铁企业生态质量评价模糊多变的特点,采用模糊层次综合评判法,以技术指标、经济指标、市场指标、生态指标以及管理指标为基础,构建一个系统的、多层次的企业生态质量综合评价指标体系,以实现对钢铁企业生态质量进行多方位、多阶段、多层次、多视角的全面评价,促进企业生态质量的提升。
The elements affecting product quality at different stages of the product life cycle are characterized by complexity and diversity,which makes the evaluation of the product quality vague,uncertain and difficult to conduct a precise,quantitative evaluation;meanwhile,the'cap and trade'mechanism and the issuance of the latest environmental law make the enterprises pay more attention to the greenness,ecology and environmental protection of the product.Therefore,to meet the national green GDP,low-carbon economy and sustainable development,the paper introduces the ecological indicators into the research of ecological quality evaluation according to the characteristics of the ecological quality evaluation.With the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method and on the basis of the technical indicators,economic indicators,market indicators,ecological indicators and management indicators,the paper presents a systematic,multi-layered and comprehensive evaluation index system of the enterprise ecological quality so that a multi-faceted,multi-staged,multi-leveled evaluation of the ecological quality can be achieved to promote the ecological quality.
