摘要
基于液压机械无级变速原理,以同济大学1.5t电动叉车为研究对象,根据叉车实际作业条件要求设计了一种由单个普通行星排构成的两段液压机械无级变速器;分析其无极调速特性、平稳换段条件、转矩特性及功率分流特性.结果表明:所设计的液压机械无级变速器具有变速范围适宜、传动平稳、传递功率大等特点,可较好地满足该叉车的性能要求.
Based on the principle of hydro-mechanical transmission,the 1.5T electric forklift of Tongji University is first investigated.For the actual working conditions,a two-range hydro-mechanical transmission stepless transmission,which consists of a single common planetary row,is then designed.Next,such factors as stepless governing property,smooth shifting condition,torque property and power distribution are analyzed.Finally,it is found from results that the designed transmission,which possesses such features as proper governing range,smooth transmission and large transmission power,can meet the forklift performance.
