摘要
在电力系统的运行控制中,一般通过切换不同变压器的中性点接地刀闸,实现全网变压器中性点接地数目基本不变,从而达到保持整个电网零序网络基本不变的目的。为了规避变电站失去变压器中性点所带来的风险,在研究变压器中性点自动控制可行性的基础上,提出了一种在变电站内就地实现,直接通过点对点的合闸回路控制接地刀闸的方案。该方案解决了长期以来靠人工操作中性点接地刀闸,操作过程复杂,操作间隔时间过长及危及人身安全等问题。
In the operation and control of the power system, in general,the ground switches at the neutral point of different transformers are switched to make the number of the transformer neutral point groundings unchanged,so that the zero sequence network of the whole power grid remains unchanged. To avoid the risks due to loss of the transformers’neutral points in a substation,and based on the feasibility of the automatic control of the transformer neutral points,this paper proposes a new solution,with which the ground switches are controlled through the point-to-point reclosing circuit within one substation. This solution helps to solve those problems in the conventional practice such as manual labor-costing operation,complicated procedure and possible safety risks.
