摘要
大学生择业质量的性别差异是学术界和社会各界共同关注的话题。运用国家社科基金项目"女大学生就业问题研究"的专题问卷调查数据,将2012年已落实就业单位的应届女本科生作为分析对象,男本科生作为参照对比样本,通过建构全景多层的测量框架和解释模型,检视了男女本科生主观的和现实的择业质量影响因素差异。虽然女生在客观就业质量方面大多低于男生,但其主观满意度评价却明显高于男生,女生比男生更显示出"能力就业"的心理;专业类型、校外实践对女生择业质量有较大制约,但学校就业指导等对女生择业质量的影响并没有像其对男生择业质量那样显著。建议开展网络朋辈咨询,拓宽专业口径,重视高校女生组织、社会性别就业指导课程以及分性别的综合就业统计等以提升女大学生的就业质量。
The gender difference of college students' employment quality is a common topic in academic and society. Using the data from questionnaire investigation of project ' Research on the female graduates' employment ', which supported by the National Social Science Fund, the female 2012 graduates who have found a job as analysis objects, male graduates were taken as reference samples. Through constructing panoramic measurement framework and multilayer interpretation model, the paper examines the gender differences of ownfeeling and actual factors influencing graduates' employment quality. Although female graduates' objective employment quality are mostly lower than male graduates' and their subjective satisfaction evaluation are significantly higher than that of male; female graduates display more 'capable employment psychology' than male graduates, major type and the off-campus practice has more significance to female graduates ' employment quality, but it does not show so significant to female graduates' employment quality like to the male such as the school employment guidance service. In order to enhance the employment quality of female college students, it provides suggestions of developing network peer counseling, widening specialty specifications, paying attention to the organization.
