在充分利用医院各种资源基础上通过信息技术和内控控制手段,辅以宣传、奖金激励等措施构建财务出入院新模式,将财务服务窗口前移及分散到病房,缩短病人排队次数及等待时间。
For providing fast service and shortening queue times and waiting time for patients, the hospital moved up and dis-persed discharge window into the ward, new process was constructed, internal control, supplemented by propaganda, bonus and othersupporting measures on the basis of the full use of various resources.
