摘要
总结了高分子材料老化研究中普遍存在的问题和面临的困难。以聚合物复合材料为对象,分析了其主要组成-无机填料对聚合物基体老化行为及其机理的影响。这种影响主要体现在:1)填料本身及其表面化学特性对基体光化学反应及动力学的影响;2)对基体形态结构(主要是晶型、结晶度和晶粒尺寸)、继而对氧气等扩散的影响;3)加剧体系的不均一性。聚合物复合材料的老化是多种因素影响、正反两方面效应的加和,因此给其老化机理研究带来了很多困难,也对该领域的研究提出了很多挑战。
Problems and difficulties that we are facing in aging research of polymer materials were concluded in this paper. For instance,in polymer composites,the effects of inorganic fillers on aging behavior and mechanism of polymer matrices were discussed. These effects include: 1) catalyzing/stabilization effect of components and surface chemicals of fillers on photochemical reactions and kinetics; 2) nucleation effect of fillers on polymer matrices that lead to changes of crystal form,crystallinity and spherulite size,and thus diffusion behavior of oxygen,stabilizer molecules,etc; 3) more heterogeneity of materials. The aging behavior of polymer composites is therefore the comprehensive result of multi-factors that bring about positive or negative effect. This brings about many difficulties and challenges to the research work.
