摘要
高吸油树脂材料是一种具有超强吸油保油能力的轻度交联高分子。它克服了传统吸油材料耐热耐寒性差、吸油种类单一、吸油速度慢、回收不方便等缺点,在处理原油开采和海洋原油运输泄漏等方面有着不可替代的优越性。文中综述了高吸油树脂不同发展阶段的特点,介绍了传统高吸油树脂、环保型高吸油树脂以及新型高吸油树脂的分子结构、制备方法和性能特点,并对高吸油树脂材料研究存在的问题和未来的发展方向进行了探讨。
Super oil-absorbent polymer(SOP) is a kind of light crosslinking polymer materials with high oil-absorbing and oil-retaining capacity.It overcomes the shortages of conventional oil-absorbent materials,such as weak temperature tolerance,limited absorbing species,low absorbing rate,and inconvenient recovery,and is very useful in applications of oil extraction and oil leakage during the ocean transportation.In this article,the characteristics of super oil-absorbent polymer at different stage were summarized,focusing on the molecular structure,preparation method and performance of conventional SOP,environment-friendly SOP and SOP with novel features.In addition,the issues in the study of super oil-absorbent polymer and its developing directions were also discussed.
