摘要
针对含硫量较高的低品位金矿进行了选矿试验研究,采用氧化钙与水玻璃组合抑制剂对部分黄铁矿进行抑制,利用丁基黄药与丁铵黑药组合作为金捕收剂进行浮选试验研究,取得了精矿金品位38.16g/t、银品位51.21g/t、金回收率89.66%、银回收率73.64%的较好选别指标。同时进行了全泥氰化浸出试验,金浸出率为93.14%,银浸出率为69.76%,全泥氰化浸出试验结果进一步表明浮选结果较好。
In this paper,the beneficiation tests were carried out on the low-grade gold ore with high sulfur content.The inhibitor combined calcium oxide and water glass was used to suppress some pyrite,moreover,butyl xanthate and ammonium butyl dithiophosphate were used as gold collector for the flotation experiments.Finally,good separation indexes in gold concentrate were obtained with Au grade of 38.16g/t,Ag grade of 51.21g/t,Au recovery rate of 89.66% and Ag recovery rate of 73.64%.Meanwhile,the all-sliming cyanidation leaching test was carried out with Au leaching rate of 93.14% and Ag leaching rate of 69.76%,which further indicated a preferable flotation results.
