钻孔措施治理厚煤层煤巷瓦斯涌出数值模拟 被引量:2

Numerical Simulation on the Controlling of Gas Emission in the Coal Roadway of Thick Seam by Boreholes

摘要 采用有限体积法对采取钻孔排放瓦斯措施下厚煤层煤巷煤壁瓦斯涌出规律进行了数值模拟,得到不同煤层原始瓦斯压力和透气性系数条件下煤壁煤体瓦斯压力分布与煤壁瓦斯涌出速率。模拟结果表明,与未采取钻孔排放瓦斯相比,钻孔排放瓦斯措施使得煤巷周围一定范围内形成瓦斯泄压区域,厚煤层沿底板煤壁瓦斯涌出速率明显减小;根据模拟结果,采用数据拟合曲线方式得到厚煤层煤巷煤壁瓦斯涌出速率公式,该式可表征采取钻孔排放瓦斯措施下厚煤层煤巷煤壁瓦斯涌出速率。 With finite volume method,numerical simulation was put forward on the controlling of gas emission in the coal roadway wall of thick seam by boreholes.The distribution of coal gas pressure and the gas emission rate in the coal wall under different original gas pressure and gas permeability were obtained.The simulated results showed that compared with the gas drainage without boreholes,due to a pressurerelief area surrounding the coal roadway was formed by boreholes,the gas emission rate of coal wall in the roadway was significantly reduced.According to simulation results,the formula of gas emission rate of coal wall in the roadway was obtained by data fitting curve,which could be used to characterized gas emission rate of coal wall with gas drainage holes in the roadway of thick seam.
