基于膏体流变学的浓密机底流泵选型关键参数研究 被引量:1

Research on Key Parameters of Pump Selection for Thickener Underflow Based on Paste Rheology

摘要 以前对于高浓度料浆或者膏体料浆的泵送选型研究很少。以某铜矿膏体充填推荐配比为实验方案设计基础,通过配制不同浓度的料浆模拟不同浓度的深锥底流,利用流变仪分析重量浓度为67%~72%的料浆流变参数,为泵送选型提供理论依据。结合矿山设计充填能力确定出底流最大流量,然后通过底流输送管道的摩阻计算得出底流输送至搅拌槽的总扬程。经过计算,深锥底流泵必须满足扬程45m、流量85.64m3/h的设计要求,按这两个关键参数选取的泵既能满足生产需求又能节约成本。 There were seldom pump selection researches on high-density slurry or paste slurry in the past.Taking the recommended ratio of paste backfill in a copper mine as experiment design basis,deep underflows with different concentrations were simulated through preparing different slurries.And the rheological parameters of slurry with weight concentration of 67% ~72% were analyzed by rheometer,which proved theoretical foundation for pump selection.Combining with the designed filling capacity of mine,the maximum underflow was determined,then total head of underflow transporting to stirred tank was calculated through frictional resistance of transmission pipeline.Through calculation,thickener underflow pump must meet the design requirement with lift of 45 m and flow of 85.64 m3/h.The pump,selected by the two key parameters,not only satisfied production requirements but also saved cost.
