摘要
由于磷的存在导致水体产生富营养化等水质恶化的现象异常严峻,基于天然沸石处理含磷废水的实验方法,研究了沸石吸附废水溶液中磷素的净化过程,考察了天然沸石的粒径大小、用量、吸附净化时间、搅拌强度、p H值等因素对吸附作用的影响,分析确定了不同条件下沸石吸附磷素的理想条件。结果表明,随着沸石粒径减小,吸附剂的比表面积增大,吸附质的扩散速率也越大,对吸附越有利;随着沸石投加量的增加,废水中磷元素的去除率呈现出"增加-减少-增加"的演化趋势;天然沸石的吸附具有快速吸附,缓慢平衡的特点;最佳的搅拌强度是在150 r/min;在中性或者碱性条件下,沸石的去除率比较理想。
Based on the experiment of purifying phosphorus wastewater with natural zeolite,the process of adsorption and purification of wastewater containing phosphorus was studied. The physicochemical properties of natural zeolite,such as particle size,the amount of zeolite,adsorption purification time,stirring intensity factors and p H which affect the adsorption were taken into account. The best conditions for phosphorus adsorption using zeolite under different conditions were analyzed. The results showed that the smaller the particle size of zeolite is,the larger the specific surface area of adsorbent is,the greater the diffusion rate of adsorption is,the better the adsorption is. With the increasing of the dosage of zeolite,the removal rate of phosphorus in wastewater shows a trend as 'increase-decrease-increase'. The characteristics of natural zeolite has regular as adsorbing fast and equilibrium slowly. The best stirring intensity is 150 r / min. The best environment of phosphorus removal using zeolite is neutral or alkaline solution.
