摘要
教师考核评价制度是高校管理制度的重要组成部分,体现了高校的办学理念、管理水平、人文精神、校园文化。好的教师考核评价体系应具有科学性、公平性、差别性、可操作性。我国高校现行教师考核评价制度普遍存在着"重科研轻教学""重惩罚轻鼓励""一刀切""考核评价方式封闭、单一"等问题。这些问题导致高校偏离教学中心的主业;挫伤教师的教学热情和工作积极性;影响和谐、民主的干群关系与人文氛围;导致功利学术、垃圾学术泛滥;影响教育教学质量。从考核的目的、内容、标准、主体等方面提出完善高校教师考核评价制度的措施,使考核评价制度真正成为激发教师工作积极性、提高教育教学质量的重要保证。
The teacher's evaluation of performance system is an important part of the university management,which reflects the school idea,management level,human spirit and campus culture.A good evaluation of performance system must be scientific,equitable,different and operational.Some problems such as'doing much work on research but neglecting teaching','doing much work on punishment but neglecting encouragement','sweeping approach',and'evaluation subject enclosed and simplification'exist in the university evaluation of performance system of our country.These problems result in the university diverging from teaching context,bruising the teacher's enthusiasm of teaching work,threatening the democracy relation of cadre and masses and humanism atmosphere,which lead to overflow utilitarian and rubbish academia.Some perfect measures are proposed about aim of evaluation,content,criterion and subject of evaluation by pointing out the effects caused by these problems,which makes the evaluation of performance system be the important guarantee,stimulates the teachers to work with enthusiasm and improves the education quality of teaching.
