摘要
鄱阳湖生态经济区国家战略实施五年来,在探索经济与生态协调发展的新模式,推进区域生态环境保护与经济社会发展等方面取得了成效。随着人口的不断增长以及工业化和城镇化进程的加快推进,鄱阳湖生态经济区的生态环境保护与经济转型升级发展面临新的挑战。客观评价鄱阳湖生态经济区规划实施成效,找出规划实施过程中存在的主要问题,明确工作方向,对进一步推进鄱阳湖生态经济区建设意义重大。本文基于自《规划》实施以来,鄱阳湖生态经济区在生态建设、环境保护、产业发展、交通运输及社会发展五个方面的实施成效进行定量评价,就进一步推动鄱阳湖生态经济区建设提出相关政策建议。
During its implementation of the national eco-economic strategy in the past five years, Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone has been active in exploring new models of a harmonious co-development of economy and ecology and has achieved remarkable results in environmental, economic and social development. But with the increasing population and the accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization, the ecological environment protection and the economic transformation and upgrading of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone is facing severe challenges. It is significant for the future development of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone to objectively evaluate its effectiveness of implementation and planning. Based on the implementation of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone Planning, this article assesses the implementation effectiveness in ecological construction, environmental protection, industrial development, transportation development and social development and provides some related policy recommendations to promote the construction of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone.
