阿尔茨海默病动物模型的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是以进行性记忆和认知功能衰退为临床特征的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,其病理学典型特征为β淀粉样斑块(amyloid-beta,Aβ)沉积形成的老年斑(senile plaque,SPs),tau蛋白异常磷酸化形成的神经原纤维缠结(neurofibrillary tangles,NFTs),突触功能失效和神经元数目的减少等[1].由于AD发病机制极为复杂,因此建立一个有效且实用的AD动物模型具有重要意义.目前AD的动物模型主要有损伤动物模型、衰老动物模型和转基因动物模型等,现就这些动物模型的制备及应用中存在的优缺点进行综述.
