摘要
拥有专业选择权对大学生专业专用性和职业专用性人力资本的获得具有重要意义。同时,为了获得分割收益,在职位选择和流动中他们仍将表现出强烈的城市倾向和大企业倾向。在转轨经济的不确定环境中,制度必须保证个人选择的质量和引导个人选择的方向,以提高人力资本的投资收益。
It is important for students, who have a choice in specialty, to obtain the human capital of major specific and career specific. And they have in general shown a strong favor for cities and big enterprises as their working places for the purpose of segmentation return in job selection and job change. Therefore, under the circumstance of uncertainty in the stage of economy-system transition today, policies are needed to guarantee the quality of job selection and to serve as a guide to promote the return for the investment on human capital.
