摘要
运用电子显微镜对蕨 (Pteridiumaquilinum (L .)Kuhnvar.latiusculum (Desv .)Underw)的卵细胞发育进行了研究 .结果表明 :在卵细胞形成的早期阶段即幼卵细胞时期 ,卵细胞呈四边形 ,膜外开始积累嗜锇物质 ,细胞核椭圆形 ;到卵细胞发育成熟即成熟卵细胞时期 ,卵细胞形状变化很大 ,呈新月形 ,嗜锇物质在膜外形成一连续的卵膜 ,细胞核形状与幼卵时期明显不同 ,形成了核外突 .
The ultrastructure of egg cell in the fern of Pteridium aquilinum (L.) Kuhn var. latiusculum (Desv.) Underw is studied. In the early stage of the egg development, i.e. young egg cell, the egg cell is quadrangle in cross section. Some sporadic osmiophilic material starts to deposit out of the cell membrane. The nucleus is elliptical in shape. In the stage of matured egg cell, a striking change is observed. The egg cell is changed from the former quadrangle shape into a crescent. The deposition of osmiophilic material results in the continued egg membrane coverage around the cell membrane. The nucleus is substantially different from its original shape,with numerous nuclear invagination dotted on its rim.At the same time,the changes of all organella during the development of egg cell are also reported.
