电子商务信任的重要性及其概念辨析 被引量：14

摘要 缺乏信任被认为是目前电子商务潜力没能充分和有效发挥的主要障碍之一。尽管许多国家在法律和安全方面都采取了一些措施,但用户仍没有获得实施电子商务所必需的信任。这就要求用新的方法来解释电子商务中信任的重要性和功能。从电子商务的高不确定性特点来阐述信任对电子商务的重要性,并试图澄清人们对电子商务信任相关问题的某些模糊认识。
