试论终身教育视角下的大学教育及改革被引量：1

On Higher Education and Reform from the Perspective of Life-long Education

摘要 21世纪的教育改革趋势,不是使终身教育体系适应现有的大学制度,而是要求大学教育必须适应终身教育体系的构建,在自身功能、教育民主化和教育资源配置3方面改革阻碍终身教育体系构建的因素,以促进大学良性发展,加快终身教育体系的构建进程。 The tendency of education reform and innovation in 21st century requires the higher education to fit in with the construction of life-long education system, not that making life-long education system suit the existing university system. The three key aspects of function of education, education democratization and education resources allocation exterminate obstacles to the formation of life-long education system and promoting universities to be well-developed, accelerating the process in China.
