摘要
以水和磷酸二氢铝为粘结剂,对氧化硼作为电极防氧化涂层进行了研究。通过调整涂层的配比浓度,并采用预先浸泡的方法,使涂层与电极本体的粘结性能提高,石墨炭块试样在900℃的高温下长时间不氧化。
The antioxidation coating made from boron oxide with water and aluminium dihydrogen phosphate as binders was studied. The results show that the binding property between the boron oxide coating and the electrode substrate can be improved by adjusting the formulation ratio of the coating and pre - impregnating the electrode. The boron oxide coated graphite carbon block have good antioxidation performance, and can stand up heat - treatment at 900 ℃for long time.
