区域旅游规划技术方法应满足创建具有市场导向性的个性化产品,具有战略指导意义,能解决旅游发展的瓶颈问题的需要。《宁夏中卫县旅游发展总体规划》提出“4162”的区域旅游规划技术方法的基本框架,对核心元素采取三段式流程设计模式。
The technical method for planning of regionaltourism should meet the following requirements:it should be able to produce highlyindividualized market-oriented products,of strategic guiding significance,able to solve the bottleneck problems in tourism development.TheMaster Plan for Tourism Development of Zhongwei County in Ningxia proposes the basic framework for technical method for regionaltourism planning of'4162'with the design model of three-stage flow diagram for the essential elements.
