摘要
随着人们对黑素生成调控机制研究的不断深入 ,外用脱色剂的研究越来越深入 ,寻找一种高效、安全、可逆的脱色剂成为可能 ,一些已知脱色剂的衍生物及许多新的天然产物表现出广阔的发展前景。临床上倾向于多种不同机制的脱色剂联合应用治疗色素增多性皮肤病。本文对近年来皮肤脱色剂的研究进展进行了综述。
Along with the study of melanogenesls modulated mechanism continues deeply,the study of topical depigmenting agents get greatyl progressed,to find an effective,safe,reversible depigmenting agents become possibles.Some well-know depigmenting agents ramification and new natural product have shown widely development prospect.In clinicals,doctors trend to combine utilizing more depigmenting agents with different mechanism to treat hyperpigmentational skin disease.This paper summarize recent study of topical depigmenting agents.
