摘要
目的 建立 HPL C法测定复方雷尼替丁胶囊中雷尼替丁的含量及有关物质。方法 色谱柱 C1 8柱 (4 .6mm× 2 5 0 mm,5 μm) ,流动相 :乙腈-0 .0 5 m L柠檬酸浓液 (用三乙胺调节 p H3 .5 ) (15∶ 85 ) ,检测波长 :3 14 nm ,流速 :1.0 m L· min- 1 ,柱温 :室温 ,进样量 :10μL。结果 雷尼替丁在80~ 3 2 0μg· m L - 1浓度范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .1% ,RSD为 1.2 %。 结论 本法简便、灵敏、快速、准确。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method to determine the ranitidine's content and the related substances of compound ranitidine capsules.METHODS C_ 18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)was used under room tempretune.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.05mol·L -1 lemon acid solution(adjusted pH to 3.5 with triethylamine)(15∶85).The detection wavelength was set at 314nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min -1 and injection volume was 10μL.RESULTS The calibration curves of ranitidine was linear in the range of 80~320μg·mL -1 (r=0.9999).The average recoveries were 100.1%,RSD=1.2%.CONCLUSION This method is Sensitive,accurate,quick and simple.
