Some Questions to be Considered In the Design of Ohmic Heating

摘要 与传统加热技术相比,通电加热技术优点很多。为了在食品工业中为充分发挥其优越性,本文介绍了对其进行系统设计时,应注意的一些问题。 Ohmic heating has many advantages in contrast to traditional heating. In order to exert its advantages ,some questions which have to be considered in the system design were introduced in this article.
