该文综合论述了在啤酒生产中使用的加工助剂和食品添加剂的种类、使用目的,并对国内外使用加工助剂和食品添加剂的管理法规进行了说明。
This article reviewed the variety of process aids and additives used i n beer production and the purpose of their usages. It also discussed the code of using additives and process aids in beer making domestically and internationall y.
