β-连环蛋白在食管癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨食管癌组织中 β-连环蛋白 (β- catenin)的表达是否与浸润、转移有关。方法 采用免疫组化方法检测 4 2例食管癌患者原发灶、临近非肿瘤食管粘膜组织中的 β-连环蛋白的表达。结果 临近非肿瘤食管粘膜中 β-连环蛋白呈强阳性表达 ,而在食管癌原发灶中表达程度明显弱于临近非肿瘤食管粘膜 ,且与食管癌的生长方式、分化程度、淋巴结转移等临床病理因素密切相关。结论  Objective To determine whether the expression level of β catenin correlates with the invasion and metastasis of human esophageal cancers. Methods Using immunohistochemical staining technique, we investigated the expression of β catenin in different tissues from the specimens of the primary tumor and the nearby non tumorous esophageal mucosa. Results Strong expression of β catenin in the nearby non tumorous esophageal mucosa was observed. However,in the primary esophageal cancers, the expression of β catenin was frequently reduced and disorderly distributed. The level of β catenin expression was closely related with the growth pattern, cellular differentiation, depth of invasion, and lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion The down regulation of β catenin expression might be a predictor indicating the metastatic potential of esophageal cancers.
