摘要
基层图书馆是面向全社会服务的最直接的前沿阵地,是广大人民群众利用文献信息资源的最主要的社会保障机构。本文在对基层图书馆定位的基础上,分析了基层图书馆现状及存在的主要问题,结合科学发展观,提出了基层图书馆事业进一步发展的基本思路。
The skeleton libraries are the most direct frontiers of service to the whole society. And they are the main organizations of the social supply system of document information resources. This paper discusses the orientation of the skeleton libraries, and analyses the status in quo and key problems of these libraries. Guided by the Viewpoint of Scientific Development, the author brings up a proposal of further development of national skeleton librarianship.
