摘要
对农业区域开发的经营方针进行探讨,认为开发地区或开发单位应本着“以销定产,因地制宜,发挥优势,综合利用”的原则,合理确定经营方向与经营项目,处理好各开发项目的结合关系.经营方针的确定必须符合五个要求。并对我国目前存在的几种农业开发经营形式进行述评,指出完善农业开发经营形式应注意解决的问题。
This paper mainly studies the management policy of agricultural regional development. The author thinks that the determination of management policy must accord with 5 demands. Then, discusses the management forms of agricultural development that exists at present and puts forwatd some problems that need to be solved for improving the management forms of agricultural development.
