摘要
通过分析东方电子公司实施BPR的原因、方法和取得的成效,指出了BPR在提高企业市场竞争力方面的巨大作用,并针对我国企业在加入WTO以后面临更加激烈的竞争环境,提出了企业实施业务流程再造的建议。
By analyzing the reason, method and effects of BPR implemented by Dongfang Electronic Corporation, and has pointed out BPR enormous function in improving the market competitiveness of enterprise. According to the keen competition environment after entering WTO for enterprises of China to face this paper has put forward the suggestion that enterprises implement BPR.
