摘要
用原子吸收法测定绞股蓝中微量元素的含量,通过实验拟定各待测元素的最佳分析条件.回收率在97%～102%之间,相对标准偏差小于4%.方法简单,具有实用意义.
Atomic absorption method is used to determine the amount of microelements in Gynostemma Pentaphyllum(Thunb.) Makino, and the best conditions of the elements are worked out through the test. Reclaimed rate is between 97～102%, error compared to the standard is less than 4%. This method is simple and practical.
