摘要
传统的体育课项目设置对学生来说是强制性的,没有选择余地的,结果是多数学生既没有培养起对体育的兴趣,也没有真正掌握锻炼身体的手段与方法,导致相当一部分学生不喜欢体育课。体育课"1+3"项目设置,建立了充分调动学生学习积极性、发展学生个性、培养学生终身体育意识、发挥体育教师专长的新的项目设置方式,顺应了普通高校体育课改革发展潮流,提高了体育课教学质量。
Traditional program-setup in physical education is compulsive for college students, and there are no optional programs for them. As a result, most students have no interest to sports; they cannot fully master proper methods of exercise, and finally lost their interests in P.E. courses. '1+3' program-seup in physical education, with the advantages of arousing students' interests, building their personality, developing a constant habit of exercise, making full use of the teacher's strength, following the tide of reforms on physical education of colleges and universities and thus promotes the quality of physical education greatly.
